Charlottesville-North Fork: Located in the UVA Research Park off of Seminole Trail (29 North), this location serves patients in Northern Albemarle county as well as Green, Madison, Orange, and Culpeper counties and the surrounding area. From Seminole Trail turn west onto Lewis and Clark Drive then take the next left into our parking lot. Our office is on the fourth floor of the building.
